The Role
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Caulfield Grammar School.
In this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and optimising innovative digital marketing strategies designed to boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve measurable conversions. With a strong focus on leveraging digital channels, you will work to enhance the school’s online presence and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
This is a 9-month fixed term (maternity leave), full-time opportunity based at our Caulfield Campus, with the opportunity for an extension.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with school objectives.
2. Identify and segment target audiences, crafting tailored strategies to effectively engage them across diverse digital channels.
3. Collaborate with external agencies to manage day-to-day digital executions and ensure alignment with the school’s overall digital strategy.
4. Oversee end-to-end website management, ensuring seamless functionality, engaging content, data tracking, and alignment with the school’s brand and strategic goals.
5. Design and implement digital communication strategies to support the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation’s fundraising initiatives, events, and endowment programs, driving donor awareness and engagement.
6. Leverage strategic planning, data analysis, and creative thinking to generate and convert prospective leads into meaningful connections.
7. Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment across departments.
8. Model and uphold the values and behaviours of Caulfield Grammar School, acting as a brand ambassador in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in end-to-end marketing / communications campaign management including reporting, advertising, editorial planning, and content creation (print & digital).
2. Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns, advertising coordination, and strategic placements.
3. An analytical approach with a strategic mindset to develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging marketing and communications solutions.
4. Experience editing backend websites using WordPress and familiarity with Adobe Suite.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
6. Qualifications and / or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations.
7. Hold a current Employment WWCC or willingness to obtain.
