We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our passionate dynamic Development Team.
As Bid Manager, you will work with the Head of Development and other Bid Managers to write and coordinate bids and secure commercial and grant funded contracts. You will manage bid development from end to end, working with colleagues in Operations and Finance to financially model and design services.
You would be joining the team at an exciting time when we are planning for our next stage of growth. Service delivery expertise is really valued and we are looking for people who can demonstrate transferable skills.

* Extremely well organised
* Skilled in writing successful, high-quality proposals tender and business cases
* Experienced in supporting budget development
* Consistently achieving and delivering to high standards on time
