We're Hiring Special Needs Teaching Assistant's to support our schools in the local area, working with Primary and Secondary aged students with moderate to complex learning needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, social and emotional needs and more.
* Assist in the delivery of tailored lesson plans and activities to support each student's individual learning needs.
* Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral development, promoting positive engagement in the classroom.
* Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
* Promote inclusivity within the setting and build positive relationships with students.
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and provide feedback.
* Assist with personal care and any additional needs where required.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred but not essential).
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
* An understanding of the importance of creating an inclusive environment.
* A genuine desire to help students succeed and build their confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
