Job Title: Training Lead - People Services Transformation
We are seeking a Training Lead to join our People Services Transformation team. This role involves developing and delivering training programs for the implementation of the new HR and Payroll system. Your responsibilities include establishing and executing a successful HCM training strategy, collaborating with vendors, developing training content, delivering role-based training, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, creating support materials, and engaging with change agents and trainers to ensure comprehensive readiness across the UK and IE.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in training, especially in HRIS implementations.
* Proven ability to lead training initiatives in HR system deployments.
* Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and various LMS/e-learning tools.
* Experience in virtual training delivery and large-scale organizational change.
* Strong project management and collaborative skills.
* Understanding of change management principles integrated into training.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify training needs in collaboration with the change team.
2. Develop and update training materials and resources.
3. Liaise with vendors to create training content for various formats.
4. Conduct training sessions for diverse user groups.
5. Align training activities with project timelines and evaluate effectiveness.
6. Provide ongoing user support during implementation.
7. Define training strategy, establish KPIs, and measure progress.
8. Organize end-to-end training delivery, including building a training team.
9. Innovate training methods to enhance user readiness.
10. Develop content that integrates into the future knowledge ecosystem.
