The role of hybrid Administrator:
* Scanning and saving documents for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
* Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and attending to inquiries.
* Assisting in the organisation of inspections, coordinating schedules, and providing necessary support.
* Effectively communicating with clients, ensuring prompt and accurate information dissemination.
* Assisting in the creation of workbooks and reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ensuring efficient filing systems are in place and maintained regularly.
* Lodging checks on the VOA (Valuation Office Agency) portal as required.
* Providing proactive assistance to surveyors, ensuring they have the necessary support to carry out their work effectively.
