We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Building Services Operations Manager to lead our projects in Oxford.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical building services and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.
* Ensuring all necessary permits are in place and adhered to.
* Conducting inspections and testing to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
* Liaising with main contractors and the on-site client team for smooth project execution.
* Ensuring on-site compliance with EHSQ, RAMS, PPE, and other safety protocols.
* Coordinating plant hire, tools, and labour effectively.
* Managing and supervising on-site labour and subcontractors.
* Handling relevant external communications.
* Ordering materials required for daily site operations and updating progress reports.
* Maintaining accurate records in our Document Management System.
* Oversight of project-specific scheduling and monitoring quality reporting.
Requirements:
* A relevant trade qualification or further education in mechanical building services.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager.
* Proven experience managing teams.
* Project management experience is advantageous.
* Strong computer literacy and exceptional interpersonal skills.
* A willingness to travel if required.
