Salary: £44,208 - £50,424 per annum

37 Hours per Week
Thurrock Council are looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner Social Worker to join Adult Social Care Services on a full-time permanent basis.
The successful applicant will join a Community Led Support (CLS) team that is committed to connecting individuals with their communities and delivering high quality services for residents.
As part of a CLS team, you will be working in a way that is responsive and proportionate; working with people to achieve their outcomes using their strengths and their community creatively, linking people with their communities focusing on what matters rather than what's the matter.
The team is about responsive social care support that creates opportunity for vulnerable people to come together with their community and create positive opportunities and outcomes, while providing support that is committed to safeguarding the most vulnerable.
Essential Criteria -
* Social Work Degree.
* Social Work England Registration.
* 2 years qualified.
* Successful completion of a post graduate qualification award through a recognised CPD route.
