Position Summary: Deliver the HR vision and people strategy for the organization in line with its values and culture across a multi-site organization. Manage the HR function to provide full, professional, efficient and effective support to the organization. Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organizations business plans. Key Responsibilities : UK Lead on the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the business across multiple sites. TUPE and change management processes and co-ordination Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement Performance management: coaching managers and key stakeholders on performance management issues and processes Learning and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes Advise and support managers on complex employment matters; guiding them through appropriate procedures. Guide managers about workforce planning issues including the management of change, harmonisation of Terms and Conditions and employee development. Ensure consistency of approach and that our values and corporate image are effectively promoted. Participate in the development and implementation of the annual pay review process. Advise, influence, consult and inform COO, and Senior Leadership Team, senior management teams, in specialist areas of expertise in terms of HR. Continuously strive to improve the HR support to the organisation, through expert advice and guidance to line managers/Senior Leadership Team. Manage the payroll provider & the payroll process. Maintain HR Files and systems (Workday) Any other duties as directed by management Professional Experience/Qualifications: CIPD qualified clear and confident communicator adept in handling difficult conversations and advising senior managers on all types of people issues. Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Commercial Acumen Up to date knowledge of employment law Sound knowledge of employment issues e.g. absence management, disciplinary & grievance etc. Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing policies and procedures. Experience of delivering successful HR support. Excellent and sensitive communication skills at all level. Tact and diplomacy with the ability to deal with difficult situations. High level of confidentially and integrity Ability to work on own initiative. Flexibility around working hours Work in partnership with other HR disciplines to create a relevant and seamless HR service Ability to write and present information.
