Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Overview: Psychology Graduate aspiring to become an Education or Clinical Psychologist.
You will work with students aged 3-18 who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues. Context is essential in understanding the challenges these students face.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students 1:1 with Mild Learning Difficulties and Speech and Language difficulties.
2. Assist pupils with varying degrees of ability and behavior.
3. Work with students who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
