An opportunity has arisen for a strong team player to support and complement the existing Estates Team. Working as an integral part of the team and supporting the Estates Compliance Support Officer, the enthusiastic and self-motivated individual will provide high-level quality and effective support primarily in, but not limited to, the undertaking of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) for all electrical equipment, the population and maintenance of the organisational asset register, and collation and recording of all utilities activity and usage.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills, and a flexible proactive approach to manage a varied workload. The ability to commute within the organisation's geographical area with access to appropriate means of transfer is essential.
PAT Testing equipment will be provided along with any required training.
To provide administrative and technical support to the Estate Compliance Support Officer and Estate and Security Manager within the Business and Contracting Team while providing support primarily to, but not limited to, the undertaking of Portable Appliance Testing for all electrical equipment, the population and maintenance of the organisational asset register, and collation and recording of all utilities activity and usage.
