A high-end chartered accountants are on the hunt to find a Payroll Advisor to join their impressive team!
If you are a strong start to finish payroller and have worked in a bureau then this could be the role for you!
Location: St Albans
Salary: £34,000 (dependant on experience)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately process monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.
2. Ensure all payroll data is processed in accordance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
3. Manage the administration of their pension schemes, including auto-enrolment processes, contributions, and liaising with pension providers.
4. Ensure compliance with current pension regulations and maintain accurate records.
5. Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and pension regulations.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll and pension-related inquiries from employees.
Requirements:
1. Experience working for a bureau.
2. Start to finish payroll.
3. Multifrequency payroll.
4. Iris Star (desirable).
5. 2-3 years payroll experience.
6. Advanced Excel skills.
7. Go-getter attitude, enthusiastic, positive, enjoys a challenge, and wants to progress.
