Having secured an exciting new client project, a fast-paced consultancy near Farnham and is offering an initial 6-month Contract for a Programme Coordinator to support the Account Managers. This role may convert to a permanent role.
The role will assist the team in the development and implementation of project plans to ensure their successful and timely delivery.
Were looking for a tech savvy candidate with programme/project coordination experience. Ideally, youll come from the service sector where client communication and satisfaction is paramount.
The Programme Coordinator will be:
* Developing and implementing project plans using MS Project and Planner
* Liaising with clients and facilitators regarding programme scheduling and managing client meetings and workshops, using time saving tools such as AI (Co-Pilot)
* Preparing and updating slide decks and training toolkits plus logistics using the latest applications including Mural, SharePoint, SessionLab
* Compiling and summarising post-meeting documents and distributing actions
* Ensuring the Hubspot is up to date with the latest contacts and client information
* Assisting with logging/tracking of team expenses and receipts and keeping the annual forecast and planning sheet up to date
* Monitoring and tracking project hours against project scope and generating invoice status reports
