Project Manager Duties: Project paperwork Management of site team Design Management Ensuring all works carried to programme and budget Chairing site meetings Client liaison Authority Liaison Highways, Architects, Consultants Short term programming Promoting and enforcing Health & Safety Reporting to visiting Contracts Manager Project Manager Criteria: Ability to lead a site team and sub-contractors on projects ranging from £500k -£10M Strong experience in commercial and industrial refurbishment, fit out and maintenance Desirable experience working on laboratory / data centre fit outs.
