Barker Munro Recruitment is working with an expanding Insurance Claims specialist organization that is looking to recruit a Claims Auditor.
The key responsibility as Claims Auditor is contributing to the development and execution of the company’s Claims Journey Audit programme and processes. This involves ensuring that randomly selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately, with feedback provided directly to the agent, Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team, and Senior Management Team.
You will be required to review claims and associated call recordings and portal messages, as appropriate, to assess and score claims handling and customer journey. Additionally, you will propose design improvements and deliver them in conjunction with the Claims Team, Directors, Business Improvement Team, IT, and MI Management Team. You will also be involved in developing reporting formats for sharing with external parties and creating MI reports on audit findings that clearly highlight training needs.
We are seeking candidates with extensive claims experience (preferably in Motor) and experience with the MOJ portal. Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with strong attention to detail.
