Job Purpose This opportunity is for an experienced In-house Payroll Generalist to join an established Payroll Team to support during a significant period of change. The position will play a key part in the UK and International payroll operations, as well as key upcoming projects to harmonize our global payroll systems. Key Responsibility Deliver key support to the payroll team(s) and wider business for system, operational and process change Where agreed, lead projects/project steps for ongoing activities, whilst providing support to the Dedicated Global Payroll Project Team, where required, in testing and project administration Support and manage a variety of internal and external audits Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Reward Team, Global People Services, Group IT, etc Support in implementation & creation of global payroll policies and procedures. Experience Proven, extensive end-to-end payroll experience Experience of using Workday and Zellis systems desirable Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Knowledge and Skills Operates autonomously with minimal supervision. Leverages best practices and expertise to enhance products, services, or processes. Resolves complex, unprecedented issues with innovative solutions. Frequently leads small project teams and provides formal training to junior staff. Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
