Location: Trinity Buoy Wharf, London Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri) Our client is seeking an Contract Manager to oversee the a key facilities management contract, managing 20 health buildings across London and the Midlands. As the Contract Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in: Implementing and managing Service Improvement Initiatives across Hard Services Management, Cultural Change, and Planning. Managing customer relationships, contract retention, service delivery, and commercial performance. Supporting the PFI Contracts Director to ensure financial targets are exceeded and operational excellence is achieved. Overseeing supply chain management, recruitment, and training for operational teams. Conducting audits, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and FM-related legislation. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following skills and experience: BIFM (British Institution of Facilities Management) Level 3-4 or equivalent. ILM (The Institute of Leadership & Management) Level 2-3. Extensive experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of FM methods, safety requirements, and PFI contracts. Strong financial management skills with a track record of implementing cost-effective solutions. Knowledge of engineering services, building fabric maintenance, and compliance. What’s in it for you?
