About the Role:
As a Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will lead a multi-occupancy children’s home for up to four children, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Our therapeutic, child-centred approach incorporates Dyadic Development Psychotherapy (DDP) and PACE, making it a unique and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the home.
2. Drive the development of the home and our wider service.
3. Lead and support staff, continuously improving standards and practices.
4. Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to achieve our strategic vision and operational goals.
What We're Looking For:
5. Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent).
6. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in residential childcare and 2 years in a managerial role (Deputy Manager/Team Leader considered)
7. Skills: Excellent communication, decision-making under pressure, and a strong team player.
8. Requirements: UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
