Position Overview: The Onboarding Admin will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires at a site under construction in Somerset. This includes managing the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance process and utilizing the WIMS system to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
BPSS Clearance Management:
Coordinate and manage the BPSS clearance process for new employees.
Ensure all necessary documentation and information are accurately submitted.
Liaise with relevant authorities to expedite the clearance process.
Maintain records of clearance statuses and follow up on pending applications.
Onboarding Process:
Welcome new hires and provide them with essential information about the company and their roles.
Assist new employees with completing onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks.
Schedule and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and systems.
Ensure new hires have access to necessary resources, including technical assistance for hardware/software setup.
General Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate employee records and update internal HR systems.
Provide support and guidance to new hires throughout their onboarding journey.
