If you’re an experienced Costs Lawyer looking to step into a leadership role within a growing, claimant-focused team, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading firm that values expertise, development, and autonomy.
This role will see you working within the recoveries team, leading costs strategy and delivery, managing a caseload of high-value and technically complex matters, and supporting both internal and external clients with technical expertise and training.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and well-established costs team of over 90 people, sharing knowledge and developing alongside five other lead lawyers, all within a business that offers unrivalled job security and a brilliant culture of internal progression.
Who we’re looking for
* Experienced Costs Lawyer, ideally with a background in commercial, insurance or subrogated recoveries
* Proven track record of managing costs files independently, including complex and high-value claims
* Client-facing experience is needed
* Confident in people management, performance development, and recruitment
* Strong client relationship skills and commercial insight
* Comfortable coaching and supporting junior team members
