Pastoral Progress Tutor – Key Information:
1. Contracted position – start ASAP
2. Paid up to £500 per week – PAYE
3. Based in Leeds

Pastoral Progress Tutor – The Role, including but not limited to:
10. Monitor and maintain students’ punctuality, attendance and general well-being
11. Work on a 1:1 basis with students, focusing on target setting and action planning
12. Provide support with academic work and pastoral issues
13. Work closely with other members of staff to ensure good outcomes for students
14. Be confidential with sensitive information
15. Follow the safeguarding and other policies
16. Attend open days, enrolment and meet with parents/carers where necessary
17. Continuously learn and take part in continuous professional development opportunities where required
Person Specification:
18. 2.1 or 1st class UK degree
19. Excellent organisation and communication skills
20. Previous work experience with young people
21. Supportive and inspiring personality
22. Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
23. Passionate about education
