This role involves identifying suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, creating campaign strategies, and analysing performance metrics to optimise results. About Linzi Linzi is a well-established online retailer specialising in ladies' footwear, with an expanding range that now includes bags and swimwear. We partner with some of the UK’s leading e-commerce platforms, such as NEXT and Matalan, to deliver our products to a wider audience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic individual to lead our Influencer marketing efforts. This role will involve managing both paid and organic Influencer campaigns, driving brand visibility, and increasing customer engagement across all our product categories. Key Responsibilities: Influencer Identification and Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and goals. Conduct thorough research to discover new influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Build and maintain a database of potential influencers and track interactions. Campaign Development and Management: Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. On board new influencer networks and work with them to produce campaigns through a PPC and CPA model. Work closely with them on placements and influencer campaigns. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and their representatives. Coordinate the execution of campaigns, ensuring that influencers meet deadlines and deliver agreed-upon content. Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key influencers to ensure ongoing collaboration. Provide influencers with creative direction and feedback to align their content with the brand’s messaging and objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, resolving any issues that arise during the campaign. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and ROI. Analyse data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and provide recommendations for future initiatives. Brand Alignment and Compliance: Ensure that all influencer content aligns with the brand’s voice, guidelines, and legal requirements. Monitor influencer activities to ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and other relevant regulations. Manage contracts, agreements, and intellectual property rights. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field. Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer culture. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
