Your Mission
* Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service
* Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
* Complete all required training programs to drive results within the store
* Participate in Loss Prevention education and awareness programs
* Ensure Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store
* Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team
* Participate in store openings and closings; travel may be required
* Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently
* Maintain visual standards according to PUMA’s guidelines and ensure the store’s visual presentation meets or exceeds standards
* Maintain the store’s physical condition and report maintenance needs promptly
* Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational standards
* Maintain a safe shopping and working environment and report issues accordingly
* Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
