With nearly 20 years experience within HVAC and M&E sectors, this company knows what it takes to provide an excellent service for their clients. They subcontract for some major names in the industry as well as having their own clients in the commercial and healthcare sectors. They are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager. You will be:
1. Based at one of their offices (either Sevenoaks or Redhill) Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5pm - you will go to the office you don't work in probably once or twice a month.
2. Building relationships with key clients (5 to start with and this will increase) to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
3. Meeting with key clients (mostly around the London area) to maintain a great working relationship.
4. Being the main point of contact and ensuring any issues the client has are rectified.
5. Producing reports for the client and for your colleagues.
6. Upselling added services to the client when necessary.
7. Preparing and presenting planned maintenance schedules when the annual renewal time comes.
Skills needed to be a Customer Relationship Manager:
1. Living close to either the Redhill office in Surrey or the Sevenoaks office in north Kent.
2. Experience as a relationship manager or business development manager.
3. Experience in construction, HVAC, or M&E would be very beneficial but is not essential.
4. A people person, able to build strong relationships with new clients.
5. A problem solver with a firm but fair approach to client relations.
6. Good telephone manner and administration skills.
Salary and Benefits:
1. £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience.
2. 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
3. Free parking at the office.
