As a Reablement Manager you will part of a team providing Reablement services across the borough. The role is aimed at promoting independence and helping to restore/maintain the person s ability to function as independently as possible in their own home. You will be required to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, also, have a good understanding regarding the value of promoting independence. You must be prepared to work flexibly to include weekend/ evening work/bank holidays. You will also be required to hold a current valid driving licence or demonstrate the ability to travel as required using own or public transport in the most efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the daily service provision, the supervision, development and performance of a skilled team of support workers, ensuring that all external and internal quality standards are achieved, and the service meets all performance indicators. We will be looking for you to possess an NVQ Level 3/QCF credit value in care. Also you will require the Trusted Assessor Award or willingness to complete this.
