Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
£12.90 - £13.50 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting
* Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
* Support the teacher in delivering personalised learning activities and interventions
* Help students with SEN to develop their academic and social skills
* Monitor and record student progress, and report back to the teacher
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience working with children or young adults with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Qualifications:
* Additional training in specific areas of SEN, such as autism or dyslexia
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a classroom setting
* Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
* Potential for additional training and professional development opportunities
