FootBalance System UK Ltd is looking for a Key Account Executive – Greater London Area (with UK-wide travel as needed)
Are you a dynamic, sales-driven professional with a passion for retail, sports, and wellness? Join FootBalance as a Key Account Executive, where you'll support regional sales efforts, train retail, B2B, and medical partners, and enhance customer success across the UK-wide, with a focus on the Midlands to South Region. You will play a key role in supporting Key Customer Relationships in retail, expanding our PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) accounts, and further developing the marketplace. What You’ll Do:
* Build and nurture key account relationships to accelerate sales and market growth.
* Train and support B2B, retail, and medical partners, with a focus on growing the PPE business.
* Represent FootBalance at trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations.
* Develop and expand partnerships to unlock new business opportunities together with the UK team.
* Provide hands-on technical support, including transporting, installing, and setting up our technology and 3D scanners.
* Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategies and initiatives.
* Deliver exceptional service to our business partners, conducting product demos and providing technical training.
* Onboard new accounts, ensuring they have the technology, products, and services needed to succeed.
* Lead ongoing technical and product training/coaching to boost partner performance.
* Design and execute tailored training programs for key retail locations in collaboration with store management.
* Support the sales team with customer demos of the MyFootBalance 3D foot scanning service.
What You Need:
* 3-5 years’ experience in retail, account management, or B2B sales.
* Background in training, foot health, or sports therapy is a plus.
* Technical skills, with the ability to install and maintain scanning equipment.
* Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
* A target-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales and delivering results.
* Willingness to travel within the UK (approx. 75% of the time).
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required)
* Full working proficiency in both written and spoken English
* Car, valid UK driving license & legal work authorization.
