Our Vision ; We are proud to care for our customers' appliances for a more sustainable world. Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Brown Goods / Sony Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent keyboard skills, a strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. You must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, busy environment. While a basic understanding of TV and audio appliances, along with installations, is beneficial, it is not essential. Previous experience in an administrative role is, however, a must. Duties to include: Management and full responsibility of all of the brown goods technical soft service Provide high quality Customer Care and advice Allocation of dedicated engineers where faults cannot resolve over the phone Managing part enquiries from engineers, providing part numbers, part availability, along with actual part ordering Looking after the brown goods work in progress and ensuring all jobs are updated Helping with the Sony contract and ongoing work in progress where required Maintain excellent working relationships with Engineers across the network Deal with all correspondence effectively and efficiently Ensure all SLA'S and KPI'S are achieved Record data for management reporting Key Attributes: A high degree of accuracy is essential with the correct processes being followed at all times. Ability to multi task and manage several projects and issues at one time. You will be required to be highly efficient with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Friendly and approachable by both Engineer and Service Desk colleagues. Excellent communication skills, including face to face, telephone and email. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently on your own initiative and manage your time effectively. A degree of flexibility in working hours and days as and when required by the business. A working knowledge of Microsoft packages Outlook, word & Excel Confidence in their own knowledge to assist with cross-training Create excellent relations with the area engineers Target driven approach, motivated to hit KPI's.
