The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities for the sales team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company’s solutions to address their challenges. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven professional eager to start or advance a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social selling on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as viable opportunities for the sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Track and report on key performance metrics such as calls, emails, meetings set, and qualified opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Passion for sales and building client relationships.
Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection constructively
Please note this is a full time office based role so candidates must be able to commute in daily.
