Job Responsibilities Assist the Service Manager in leading staff to deliver high-quality care in a safe, supportive environment. Provide leadership in the absence of the Service Manager, escalating concerns when necessary. Address complaints and suggestions promptly, ensuring actions are taken within set timeframes.
