Job summary An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate as Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board seeks to recruit an individual who is self-motivated with demonstrable skills and experience to join our CYP team as a Programme Manager for Children and Young Peoples Programme. The CYP Programme Manager will report to the Head of CYP, also supporting the Head of CYP, the Long Term Conditions Lead and Clinical Lead to ensure that their workstreams of programme are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery. Main duties of the job This role will be well suited to a highly organised individual with an eye for detail who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be supporting the continued development of the recently established CYP Programme within the ICB. The CYP Programme Portfolio includes project development and delivery to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities for children and young people, and their carers. The programme also has oversight of performance and assurance of CYP elements of other all age programmes within the ICB and across the ICS, including steering the development of longer term CYP strategies. The Programme Manager will have a key role in ensuring the delivery of our objectives outlined in the NHS Long Term Plan and as part of our Joint Forward Plan. The CYP Programme Manager will be joining the ICB at a time when we are working with partners to develop the CYP Programme across the Integrated Care system.
