Head of Partnerships and Growth Field based with travel to Unipart and client sites as required Up to £75,000 plus car / car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme About the Job This role is designed to support the growth of our Consultancy capability, by acting as a key business partner between Unipart’s commercial partnerships, marketing execution and the Consultancy operating business. The role will also be responsible for identifying, developing and growing our partnership ecosystem, to ensure that we are driving value and mutual growth with partner organisations. As part of your key responsibilities you’ll: Take ownership for the development and advancement of Partnership Engagement with our strategic partners Drive growth via Partner organisations through innovative and collaborative marketing campaigns Own the commercial relationship with strategic partners to ensure we are contractually compliant and incentivised to drive collaborative growth Enhance our partnership and ‘ambassador’ management approach Collaboratively generate leads through Unipart Consultancy’s Ambassador programme Business partner the Consultancy Leadership Team, Delivery Team and wider Unipart marketing function, to deeply understanding the service and market context in which we operate and to translate that into a strategic marketing approach Oversee and review content and collateral developed before publishing to the market Be the key point of contact for new proposition development and go to market planning, working closely with the wider Unipart Propositions team Oversee and drive enhancement of the Consultancy Sales and Marketing reporting capability, working closely with the wider Unipart Sales Efficiency team Understand wider market insights, trends and competitive positioning to drive our future strategy About You We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role Contract Management Awareness Clear leadership skills, energy and passion Customer engagement Strategic Relationship Management Proficiency with CRM software, ideally Hubspot Content Marketing Consultancy Experience Effective communication and negotiation abilities Marketing Analysis You will possess a strong commercial acumen and competent negotiation skills with an ability to build effective business partner relationships Campaign Oversight Partnership Management Our recruitment and selection process has been developed to ensure that it is consistent, fair and provides equality of opportunity - all selection decisions are based solely on technical and behavioural competencies.
