Maintenance
Manager – The Store Hotel, Oxford
The
Store Hotel is a new luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of Oxford, housed in
the historic Boswells department store. With 101 beautifully designed rooms, we
offer guests a unique blend of heritage and modern comfort.
We’re
looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure our hotel runs smoothly and
remains in top condition. If you're a skilled problem solver with a passion for
keeping things in perfect working order, we’d love to hear from you!
The
role:
* Oversee hotel
maintenance, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.
* Perform
general repairs in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection,
carpentry, plumbing, and masonry.
* Conduct
routine checks and log reports as required.
What
you will bring:
* Minimum 2
years' experience in maintenance.
* Knowledge of
plumbing, electrical systems, and decorating.
* Relevant
qualifications ideal.
* Experience in
a hotel setting is desirable but not essential.
* Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Understanding
of compliance, safety, and emergency protocols.
* Flexibility to
work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
