The Home:
* Number of Beds: 5
* Location: Brownhills
* Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect
* Ofsted Rating: At least “Good” required
* Ratio of Staff to Children: To be determined
Who We Are Looking For...
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
* A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
* Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (Essential)
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred, or willingness to enroll within 6 months)
* Strong knowledge of Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and Ofsted requirements
* Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
* Experience in supporting children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
* Full UK driving licence
