Forward Role is working with an established subscription business to recruit a CRM Manager to join a growing marketing team of 10 and support a CRM Executive.
With autonomy and the freedom to try new things, you can really make this role your own!
The role:
1. Create and implement omni-channel strategies to increase subscription growth and engagement.
2. Utilise systems, data, and the connected business infrastructure to provide the best end-to-end user experience for subscribers throughout their journey.
3. Continuously test and improve to deliver a personalised experience for subscribers.
4. Contribute to main commercial targets, including subscription sales, upgrades, and renewals.
5. Line management of a CRM Executive.
What you will need:
1. Proven experience in a CRM marketing-related role.
2. Experience working with CRM platforms in a marketing capacity.
3. Ability to build, manage, and report on CRM marketing campaigns.
4. Strong knowledge of CRM channels, digital marketing, performance reporting, and analytical platforms.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Resilient and adaptable to change and challenges.
7. Critical and creative thinking skills, with problem-solving abilities and opportunity recognition.
8. A proactive approach to learning and development.
