As the Application Support Analyst, you will consistently provide excellent levels of customer service to colleagues throughout the business. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues that arise. You will also communicate with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of our Application Support Analyst: Act as the first point of call for all Application support issues ranging from 1st line to 2nd line Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes and escalating where necessary. Resolve issues, troubleshoot, test and train users on multiple systems using privileged access Updating tickets and other records with relevant and time-specific information to peers in order to efficiently resolve IT issues. Maintains an up to date understanding of technology used within the business to ensure that user issues are managed effectively and efficiently. Act as a liaison between internal and external technical teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination during the support process. Discusses recurring customer enquiries within the team to identify and resolve underlying problems. Assisting in project activities Keeps documentation current, publishes knowledge-based articles, and writes polices or procedures. Requirements for our Application Support Analyst: Previous experience working in a 2nd/3rd line service role, Supporting web based and Database technologies Knowledge in SQL would be advantageous. An understanding of ERP systems, Excellent verbal and written communication, Willingness to expand on existing skillset and be mentored further, Experience in a range of software including MDM, SOTI, SRSS.
