An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Patient Services Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to services within the North West Locality. It is essential that you have the ability to meet the travel requirements of the post.

Main Duties of the Job
This exciting administrative post will provide admin support across a range of services including support to community nursing therapy teams/ DAART (diagnostic assessment access to rehabilitation and treatment), minor injuries, and community reception desk duties.
Applicants will need to have good attention to detail, a mature flexible attitude, and be reliable and consistent with working patterns.
You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and as a lone worker is essential.
Applicants will need to have the ability to deal with first line enquiries from clients, carers, and professionals and communicate information to clinical staff. This includes taking admission avoidance referrals and informing clinical staff for triaging.
You will be experienced in managing and prioritising your own workload.
