About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and passionate EYFS/KS1 Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive school in Bolton. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEND and SEMH needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS/KS1 students, tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
2. Develop individual learning plans for children with SEND and SEMH needs.
3. Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.
4. Work closely with other staff, specialists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
5. Use creative and flexible teaching strategies to support children's emotional and academic development.
6. Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to help them grow.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Previous experience teaching EYFS/KS1, ideally with SEND and SEMH experience.
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and strategies for supporting children with SEND.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to create a nurturing and positive classroom environment.
6. A passion for teaching and supporting children with diverse needs.
