We are pleased to be supporting an excellent, reputable company based in Huddersfield who are looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a varied accounts role, reporting into the financial director. Duties will include Bank reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Weekly payroll - full training to be provided Processing purchase ledger invoices Matching and coding invoices Reconcile the petty cash VAT returns Weekly payment runs Assisting with month end duties including accruals, month end reporting and more. Other ad-hoc duties reporting into the financial director. Skills: Minimum AAT Level 3 qualification (essential) or equivalent dependent on experience A minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Benefits; The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday and an early finish on Friday Standard holiday bank holidays Christmas shutdown Free-on site parking available Study support for AAT candidates Auto-enrolment pension
