The Centre of South Asian Studies is a world-leading unit conducting research and teaching across the region of South and Southeast Asia. A self-starter, the role-holder will be responsible for the smooth running and the administration of this Centre, in liaison with the Centre Director, and will also administer the MPhil course in Modern South Asian Studies. With excellent communication skills, the role-holder will deal with a wide range of people including applicants, staff, students, visitors from South Asia and alumni, being the first point of call and central source of information by taking care of the day-to-day management of the Centre.
