,We have an excellent opportunity for a Head Vet to lead and manage the team at a small animal veterinary practice near the City of Lichfield area, Staffordshire.
* excellent full time opportunity working 4 days a week with 1 in 3 Saturdays, no Sundays and no OOH.
* practice is recently refurbished and has state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
* this is a key role and would suit a Senior/ Head Vet or experienced Vet looking to step up.
* excellent opportunity to lead mentor and manage the Vet team
* role requires some experience in more complicated surgical and medical cases
* surgical bias is desirable but not essential as any specialisms would be welcomed and supported
* CPD funding and further study towards veterinary management or clinical qualifications will be fully funded

* Well located near the city of Lichfield area of Staffordshire, in the West Midlands close to the city of Birmingham and with great transport links, free on site parking, good motorway access which offers easy commuting.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* existing senior/ Head Vet or an experienced Vet looking to step up.
* able to lead mentor and manage a Vet team
