Job Description
* Developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives for the new department.
* Implementing and maintaining PMO standards and processes.
* Leading and managing the Project Management Office (PMO).
* Ensuring all projects align with the organisations goals and objectives.
* Monitoring and reporting on project performance and progress.
* Providing guidance and support to project teams.
* Managing resources and budget allocation for projects.
* Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of PMO should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role defining and implementing Project Office (PMO) governance.
* Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A relevant degree or professional qualification.
