Accounts Assistant - Grantham - Temp to Perm - £13.50ph
Working Hours: Mon - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5.00pm - Immediate start
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our award-winning client based in Grantham on an immediate basis.
You will have a background within an office setting, ideally in an accounts department, and have experience with data input of Sales and Purchase Ledgers. An excellent understanding of how to use MS Office, databases, and Excel is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing of sales and purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, and personal expense claims
2. Processing of all purchase ledger payments
3. Processing of all remittances
4. Generating and distributing customer statements
5. Preparation of bank reconciliation
6. Assisting the Finance Manager in other accounting and admin tasks as necessary

You will be required to work Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm. This role is on a temp to perm basis for the right person to start ASAP.
