Wha t you will do Acquiring new skills through on-the-job training under the guidance of internal mentors Rotation across different manufacturing areas to learn a wide variety of skills Maintaining up to date logbooks and training notes Working safely by observing and following all safety requirements and procedures Working as part of a team as well as individually with full support from our engineering department/mentors Learning how to work with and follow procedures / specifications Attending college, studying, and passing all required modules Satisfactorily complete relevant NVQ's with on-site training provider What you will need Minimum qualifications of 5 GCSE's grade A-C including Maths, English and a Science subject. Further education in a science or engineering subject would be an advantage but not essential (A Level/BTEC/NVQ) All applicants must be over 18 before September 2025 It is essential that applicants can demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, have good communication and interpersonal skills. We will also look for self-motivated individuals with a logical approach to problem solving. Flexibility of working hours is required. This role will be initially 39 hours per week role while training (4 days on site, 1 day in college), but experience will also be gained while working on one of our shift patterns which cover our 24/7 operation.
