This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced pharmacy technician looking to make a significant impact on patient care within a supportive and professional environment. What will your responsibilities be : The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Duties include conducting medication reviews, supporting the clinical pharmacy team, and providing advice on medication management. The role also involves liaising with healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment plans and contributing to the development of pharmacy services. Qualifications and Experiences: Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification or Medicines Management Technician (MMT) certification Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organisational and time management skills Commitment to continuous professional development How to apply?
