Are you an experienced Support Worker with a preference for working nights? Our Support Workers make a real difference to our residents every day. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. You’ll be responsible for keeping a wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home, supporting residents with their personal care needs, and providing companionship. You’ll also carry out light household duties to ensure that the household and residents' rooms are kept clean and tidy, involving residents where appropriate. While some shifts may be challenging, you’ll also share laughter and create lasting memories with our residents.
In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family, working alongside passionate team members dedicated to providing care, warmth, and kindness.
