Sales Manager
UK based Hybrid/Remote role

Please note: You MUST have the required industry knowledge to be considered for this position - this is ESSENTIAL.
About the Role:
As the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the business within the retail and residential market. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This is an exciting hybrid role, offering you flexibility while working closely with clients in the UK. You will however, be required to travel to their UK office once a month in Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
•Build strong relationships with sports coatings specialists, contractors, and specifiers to understand their needs and provide solutions
•Represent our full range of sports coatings products, while also supporting other product ranges
Business Development:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with contractors, specifiers, applicators, and end users on projects of various sizes
•Maintain and grow relationships with key players in the construction industry, including architects and specifiers
Sales and Presentation Skills:
•Use your MS Office and CRM proficiency to stay organised and manage client interactions.
•Introduce and demonstrate products, delivering CPD presentations to potential clients and decision-makers.
•Work closely with customers to recommend the right products for their needs.
Sales Targets and Deal Closure:
•Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
•Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate deals, and confidently close business.
Financial Management:
•Manage payment collections and ensure timely receipts according to agreed terms.
•Contribute to financial planning by preparing accurate sales forecasts.
Industry Awareness:
•Stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends, product developments, and technologies.
Requirements:
•5+ years of experience in sports coatings sales or a related field.
•Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field (preferred).
•Experience in construction materials or related industries.
Key Skills:
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Knowledge of construction and building materials is a plus!
