We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a global shipping consultancy business based in the city of London as their HRIS Apprentice.
This is a great opportunity for someone to kick-start a career in their HR team whilst studying alongside a Data qualification. This is an ideal role for anyone looking for an entry-level role in HR.
You will play a crucial role in the team, supporting administration, operations, data reporting, and the payroll system.
Duties:
* Maintain the HR system.
* Coordinator of reports.
* Supporting the system's actions.
* Production of documentation.
* Be the first point of contact for system issues and reporting queries.
* Support changes and implementation through testing.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Excellent numerical skills
* Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, IF Statements)
* High attention to detail.
* Experience or knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
* Admin experience within HR would be ideal.
* Good knowledge and use of technology and reporting tools.
