Key Requirements: Proven experience in managing a children's home or similar residential care setting. Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulatory frameworks. Experience in leading teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A thorough understanding of safeguarding policies and child protection procedures. A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is desirable).
