Requirements:
9. Fluent in both English and German (speaking, reading, writing)
10. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
11. Proficiency with typing, phone, and computer navigation
12. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
