About This Role Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEMH Location: Crewe Salary: £85-£100 a day dependent on experience Leader Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant working with children with SEMH in a local school. In this role you will be working alongside children diagnosed with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. You will be expected to support students on a one-to-one basis with the occasional group work. You will be able to adapt and think on your feet due to the variety of this role. You will be following IEP and EHCP's and ensuring any targets/plans are met. Helping children flourish and reach their full potential will be at the forefront of everything you do. Role Requirements For this role you do not require experience, but it is desirable. You should have a passion for working with children with additional needs and understand the importance of ensuring learning is accessible for everyone. You should be empathetic and proactive to ensure you can meet the needs of everyone.
